At Beba’s Jewellery, every piece is crafted with care. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Items purchased on sale or discount

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos/videos as proof to process your request quickly.

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Option

  • We offer exchange for the same item or another product of equal value (subject to availability).

Return Shipping

  • Customers may be required to cover return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
